The portal could be used to display the SOTWs Winners threads instead of tutorials also.

What do you mean:
SOTWs (NEW) (Older (done) SOTWs go in another subforum.

Maybe Resources should be called Downloads and the description says brushes renders etc.

Sig of the Week goes in Battles so it requires a new "part" in the graphics section. The ones that are done go into a subforum in the same "part".

Ressources > Downloads.

It's not that hard...

Why shouldn't the ones that are done be locked and just stay there instead of making ANOTHER sub forum for them. It would look better if the Lougne was second to Image Union.

not really. I may make a special section for them later

we can give you advanced member rights if you'd like

normal members would then only be able to edit for 30 mins
